ODA Ads Manager

ODA's AI assistant for Google Ads. It reads the reports of your Google Ads account, analyses search terms and keywords, writes ad copy and proposes edits. The assistant applies the edits you approve to the account through the Google Ads API itself — nothing changes without a human decision.

Who we are

ODA (oda.chat) is a service for small businesses: a website, a sales chat, a CRM and Google advertising, all from one chat. ODA Ads Manager is the part of ODA that handles Google Ads. The service is operated by sole proprietor Viktor Osmanov (TIN 23011199800011), Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.

The service is in development: features may change and there may be interruptions. See the Terms of Use.

Two ways to work

1. On your own: connect your Google Ads account — coming soon

In development. oda.chat is currently an information page: Google sign-in and a personal account will come later. Until then this option is not available and we work with option 2.

How it will work: you sign in with Google on the standard OAuth 2.0 consent screen and allow access to Google Ads. The assistant reads the reports of the accounts your Google account has access to, shows analytics and proposes edits: new keywords and negative keywords, ad copy, bids and budgets. You decide what to apply: the assistant applies the approved edits to the account itself. You will be able to revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

2. With us: give access to the ODA manager account

You link your Google Ads account to the ODA manager account in the standard Google Ads way — by accepting our invitation (we will explain how in the chat). ODA specialists run your ads using the same assistant — edits are applied in agreement with you, while you see the reports and keep full access to your account. You can unlink at any time in the access settings of your Google Ads account.

What the assistant does

The data is turned into analytics reports (cost, clicks and conversions by campaign, keyword and day), into keyword value scores and into search-term lists from which new keywords and negative keywords are derived. From the live ads and keywords the assistant generates new ad copy, assembles it according to Google Ads rules (headline and description lengths, no duplicates) and validates it.

The output is reports and ready-made edits. You see every edit before it is applied: what changes, where and why. Once you approve it (option 1) or agree it with an ODA specialist (option 2), the assistant applies it to the account through the Google Ads API. It then reads the account again and reconciles: what was applied and what was not.

Features:

  • reading Google Ads reports (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, statistics, conversions);
  • analysing search terms and keywords, scoring keyword value;
  • preparing edits and applying them to the account through the Google Ads API after your approval;
  • generating ad copy validated against Google Ads rules;
  • reconciling the account with the edits after they are applied.

Who it is for

Small-business owners who run Google Ads themselves and want clear reports and suggestions; people who want to hand their ads over to be managed and still see what is happening; marketers and freelancers who manage several accounts.

Which Google user data is used and why

The assistant requests a single OAuth scope — https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. It is used for two things: reading reports (GoogleAdsService.SearchStream queries) and applying the edits you approve (Mutate requests). The table lists what is read and for what purpose.

Data (Google Ads API resource)Purpose
Accessible Google Ads accounts (customer_client, accessible customers list)Show which accounts can be connected and select the account to report on
Campaigns and ad groups (campaign, ad_group)Campaign structure used to organise keywords and ads
Keywords and negative keywords (ad_group_criterion, campaign_criterion, shared negative lists)Keyword analysis: what converts, what is excluded, which keywords are idle
Search terms (search_term_view)Real queries that bring impressions and conversions; new keywords and negatives
Ads and their assets (ad_group_ad, asset)Current ad copy — basis for rewriting and for evaluating headline performance
Statistics: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions by day (metrics, segments.date)Analytics reports, keyword value, trends
Conversion actions (conversion_action)Which conversions count as goals when valuing keywords
Change history (change_event)Reconciliation: what exactly changed in the account after edits were applied

Google Ads data is used only for the reports and suggestions you see in the service. Retention, deletion and revoking access are described in the privacy policy. For ad-copy generation only ad texts and keywords are sent to the Anthropic language model — no account identifiers, statistics or personal data.

What the assistant does not do

  • it does not change the account without your approval: campaigns, keywords, ads, bids and budgets change only through edits you have confirmed;
  • it does not share Google Ads data with third parties, does not sell it and does not use it for advertising, scoring or model training;
  • it does not touch billing, user access or account settings;
  • it does not keep data longer than needed to work with your account (see the privacy policy).
