0. Development stage
The oda.chat website and the ODA service, including the ODA Ads Manager AI assistant, are in development. Features may change, be added or be switched off without prior notice, and the service may experience interruptions. The website is currently a landing page; Google sign-in and a personal account will come later. By using the service at this stage you accept this.
1. Service
ODA is a service for small businesses: website building, a sales chat, a CRM, markup for search and AI systems, and Google advertising with the ODA Ads Manager AI assistant. Google Ads can be used in two ways: connect your own account via Google sign-in (coming soon, in development) and use the assistant's reports and suggestions yourself — or give the ODA manager account access to your account so that we run your ads while you see the reports. The service is operated by sole proprietor Viktor Osmanov (the "Operator").
2. Payment
Basic subscription: $1 for the first month, then $39/month, auto-renewal, cancel at any time. API tokens (bot replies) are billed separately. The advertising budget is paid to Google directly or through the Operator as agreed; it is not the Operator's fee.
3. Liability
The Operator is responsible for the service within the limits of these terms. The Operator does not guarantee specific search positions, lead volume or profit: these depend on the market, competition and the client's own actions. Suggestions and edits from the AI assistant are recommendations; a human decides whether to apply changes to the Google Ads account. Content, trademarks and data provided by the client remain the client's property and responsibility; the client confirms the right to use them.
4. Data
Data handling, including Google Ads data, is described in the Privacy Policy. About the assistant: ODA Ads Manager.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the court at the Operator's place of registration (Bishkek).
